List of doc’s to be completed by Seller and Realtor after P.A. is fully executed:
- Hardship Letter
- Completed Seller Information Sheet
- Completed Budget worksheet
- 2 years 1040’s
- 2 months bank account statements (must be updated every 90 days)
- 2 months pay stubs (must be updated every 90 days)
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Listing agreement with Realtor
- MLS printout
- CMA/BPO appraisal
- Listing History
- Purchase Agreement
- Correspondence related to mortgage delinquency
1st. Choice will prepare and expedite accurate pre HUD/s based on updated title & Purchase Agreements and submit HUD/S and short sale package to lender for approval. (Add $200.00) Short Sale Assistance fee to HUD
Follow up to determine status of mortgagee’s review.
Communicate between Seller & Lender.
Convey information to Seller without an opinion.
Prepare all closing documents
Conduct closing.
